In Günther Jauchs Show hat sich schon so mancher Kandidat das Genick gebrochen. So ging es auch François Pütz aus Braunschweig. Er wählte die Risikovariante. Souverän schlug er sich bis zur 500.000 Euro-Frage: „Wer stellte vor rund 150 Jahren ein Kondom aus Gummi her?“ A: Giovanni Pirelli, B: John Dunlop, C: Charles Goodyear oder D:
André Michelin. Der 40-Jährige hatte einen Verdacht und ein befragter Zuschauer konnte diesen auch noch bekräftigen. Mutig setzte er alles auf eine Karte und antwortete: B: John Dunlop. Richtige Antwort wäre allerdings C: Charles Goodyear gewesen und so fiel François Pütz so tief wie kein anderer Kandidat zuvor. (Text: RTL)
