„General Hospital“ mit 21 „Daytime Emmy“-Nominierungen

Die National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) hat heute die Nominierungen für die 38. „Daytime Emmy Awards“ bekannt gegeben. Die Auszeichnungen für die beliebtesten Daily-Soaps, Talkshows und weitere Formate im US-Tagesprogramm werden am 19. Juni in Las Vegas vergeben.

Mit insgesamt 21 Nominierungen liegt „General Hospital“ (ABC) in diesem Jahr vor dem Konkurrenten „Schatten der Leidenschaft (The Young and the Restless)“ (CBS), auf den 20 Nominierungen entfallen. Es folgen die „Sesame Street“ (16), „Reich und Schön (The Bold and the Beautiful)“ (14) und „All My Children“ (13). Sortiert nach Sendern, führt der US-Kabelsender PBS mit insgesamt 57 Nominierungen vor ABC (56), Syndicated (43), CBS (42), Nickelodeon (25) und NBC (15).
